How long is a Passport good for?
Passports are valid only for the date purchased.
Where do I pick up the Passport after I buy it online?
On Governors Island. Passports may be picked up only at the Festival box office on Governors Island, upon presentation of purchase of the e-ticket which was emailed to you together with your purchase receipt. You must surrender your e-ticket at the box office in order to pick up your Passport. Guaranteed show tickets purchased in advance will be issued together with Passports.
Does the Passport get me into everything?
Almost everything. Upon pickup and/or presentation of Passport at the Festival box office on Governors Island, Passport holders may obtain free tickets to nearly all shows playing at the Festival on that day. Some events are free to the general public and do not require physical tickets.
How do I use the Passport to get a ticket for a specific show?
Individual show tickets are available exclusively to Passport holders at the Festival box office on a first-come, first-served basis each day until one (1) hour prior to the performance, subject to availability.
How many tickets does the Passport get me?
Passport holders may obtain one (1) ticket per Passport for any given show.
What if I want to see two shows that overlap?
Passport holders may not request tickets for shows whose performance times conflict or overlap. The box office will be able to advise customers as to how many and which shows may be seen in the course of a single day.
Does the Passport guarantee admission?
Passports do not guarantee admission to any specific show or event, as seating at several shows is limited. For an additional payment, you may purchase a Passport with a guaranteed ticket to one show of your choice.
How is seating assigned?
Seating at all shows and events is general admission. There is no assigned seating for any show or event at the Festival.
What if I lose my Passport?
Sorry, but lost or stolen Passports can not be replaced.
What if I need a refund or exchange?
Sorry again, but no refunds or exchanges are possible.
Note: Boom Chicago's performance of "Holland Globetrotters" is not included in the Passport package, and requires a separate ticket.
