Food
Each evening at 6pm, Chef Amaro cooks up a delicious ‘Captain’s Dinner’ at the festival’s giant 400-foot long wooden table. Using all local ingredients, the Chef recreates the finest dishes from Dutch and European cuisine. Lunch is also served here. This enormous communal table is the perfect place to try out Amaro’s culinary delights, with waiters, bartenders, and performers creating a wildly energetic festival atmosphere.

Amaro's Captain's Dinner is served from 6 -10 pm
Drinks
Three bars are connected to the football field-sized table – one at each end, and a third in the center. Serving an assortment of coffee, tea, soft drinks, beer and wine throughout the day, these watering holes become a meeting ground for performers and audience alike.
