Comforting madrigals, modern improvised music, and a sumptuous Mediterranean dinner.
Veenfabriek’s latest work, Orfeo, is constructed around the Greek myth of Orpheus and Eurydice. Using Monteverdi’s Orfeo as a jumping off point, widely acclaimed actor-singer Jeroen Willems and improvisation ensemble Track celebrate the myth’s musical tradition. To fill out the evening, culinary adventurer André Amaro prepares a delicious dinner with the freshest Mediterranean ingredients.
